When your hurt take a break....
I ripped my knee just walking.... Don't do this what you see here... This may cost me some more pain and agony.... Tough guy attitude where it doesn't keep me down so I'll keep going may not work for me anymore because at 50 it appears My Body can't compete with my Brain.... and now the Docs are telling me to get things done for my age bracket and get over the attitude of "It isnt broke then don't fix it" because things can sneak up on you and then...... your dead.
Just make sure if your getting your butt probed by a doctor during the process he doesn't have both of his hands on your shoulders lol
