Cedar Shake (Best Chem. Options?)

What do you guys think is the best option for this Cabin. I got permission from the PM to clean and brighten. If this goes well they have 86 units i could get a 'lance' at.

By the way this will be purely cosmetic, doubt they want to stain a rental. Also just read the some of the other threads about cedar, so looks like i'll have to do a test to see if it has some old stain..
