What a mess
Well we know the last contractor this property hired to clean out their gutters and downspouts wasnt doing their job
This was 32 buildings, we found this kind of mess, totally packed downspouts in 5 downspouts, it had roots going all the way to the 2nd story roof. We found several other downspouts clogged pretty bad
They said they had their gutters cleaned every 12 months, this stuff had been in there at least a few years
I sent the picture to the manager & HOA, we signed them up for gutter cleaning every 6 months
There's no reason for sub par work lie they were receiving before JL Pressure Washing got on property
