If you could wish for something related to your work what would it be?
Example: fantasy pressure washer,the ultimate tool,best set up and so on.
Think of anytthing your heart can think up and just maybe it will become reallity.

A great salesman and a great office manager. I would like to fire the ones I have now....ME

But really those two thing I would like to have, then everything else would follow, salesman to help me get tons of work, office manager to help mange all the new extra work and me watching over it all
