Hey Tony - I'll see your footprints and raise you some SERIOUS bird poop! Unfortunately for us, this wasn't a one day job and pretty much each morning when we'd get back to the site - the stupid pelicans had bombed us again :(

It's really wierd. About ten minutes after I posted about Chris not getting the garage here because of price I got a call from the Property Manager saying they might be ready to do something and needed Chris' phone number..

Nigel, sure have missed your wisdom and insight.
