Have 3 demos tonight ~ two of them are for national companies and the other is for a commercial Property Management Group. Wish me luck...

99% of the roofs I do have moss on them. No brush needed. Just checking to make sure Carlos knows what he is getting into with moss. Last time I went into his neck of the woods I didnt see much moss growth.

Don't know what you all call it in your next of the woods but down the coast we call this algae.

The stuff we run into up here looks like this. In your pics its a lot more yellow lookin so am wonderin if its lichen or algae

Now that is Algae...at least from my perspective!!

Its moss. A pretty hearty moss at that. Gotta pretreat and wait a while before being able to remove with low pressure rinse.
