    No, If I knew I was going to get that many washes. If it's an HOA or POA community, you could discount up to 25% from what you would regularly charge. If it's just a regular neighborhood of 50-100 houses, that you might get 10 to 15 washes out of then, Yes, I would charge normally. Good Luck!!!!!!
