Once I get some time to register, I am going to do AL and GA as long as they have not filled up. Hopefully I can get that done soon. I would like to go to all of them, but I have to play them each individually.

PWI is suppose to have the new RT PWing board up sometime real soon and the info will be there. The hotel is nice and I heard the conference area is real nice too. The menu looks good. I'll be there looking forward to seeing you there

I'm happy to report Alabama will be free for the first 30. We have enough Distributor support to have a contractor free Show.

Russ Spence will post details since its Russ Spences Meeting.

Jeff & Russ Will be Speaking about PM's. I know Russ has some very cool Demos and Mikes bringing a lift.

We just sewed up the deal with the Flamingo this week. It was a back and forth bidding war thing and was put together thanks to careful reading of the contracts and good negotiation on Ron's part.

The agenda should be out by this weekend. It will include demos by Jim Gamble with his mega unit and introductions to the coil and filter industry along with a presentation by an HVAC contractor on how to get on as a vendor with HVAC contractors.

This is a first for me. I have no idea what I'm doing. Thankfully Matt and Ron have done this before.

We started the signup yesterday and there are 16 total attendees signed up already.




Separate from the RT I am offering training on what I do. (This is something I can do, and can do well.)

We will provide 4 total days of training. This will take place Thursday and Friday before the RT and Monday and Tuesday after the RT. Five are already signed up to come to the Thursday and Friday sessions.

This will be an intense "hands on" training ON THE ROOFTOPS with training first, discussion, and finally group testing (with discussion allowed). By the end of the training the entire group will accurately bid at least one building and will know the techniques for completing the work at the highest profit margin.

The reason for the four days is because the Ikeca convention begins on Wednesday and some hood guys who already had tickets for Monday or Tuesday inquired if I could extend it.
