Does anyone work in Edina? Does this work? Or not? Does teh FD keep a list of exhaust hoods in there jurisdiction? Do they inspect any of the hoods w/o the $85.00 ffe? What do you get for $85.00? What happens if the system is not cleaned? Does the FD care? or is this more bull**** like the result of hte Boston Fire? People make lots of noise,but nothing happens?

My opinion i think the fire marsalls are not properly trained and equipt(tools) to inspect the exhaust hood systems.At least form what i have seen here. As of now it can only a seasoned, honest, ' EXHAUST SYSTEM DETAILER' to do the inspection, clean and maintain the system correctly, with pride.
