Hi, I have been lurking for a while and decided to go ahead and post an introduction.
We are residential general contractors who added pressure washing to our services about two years ago. Since adding pressure washing, we have done mostly townhome communities for HOA management associations and some residential pressure washing. Our equipment includes a Landa hot water trailer rig, surface cleaner and a portable cold water machine. Business has been preaty good so far this year. Hopefully it will continue.

This is a great forum!! I have gained much knowledge from you guys.
