Not by me at least. There is just so much division in this industry it is ridiculous.

Realistically Don.....it's not so much that the industry is divided - it's more a matter of different opinions. At the end of the day, everyone wants the same thing - there are just a lot of different routes to get there.
Networking Events / Round Tables are NEVER a bad thing and if you feel you want to do it again (I remember the last one 'bout did you in!) you should do it - ON YOUR OWN TERMS. That's not difficult :)

It's your thread. If you just wanted to make a dramatic statement that's up to you.
If there is any substance to the "division" issue it would be much more advantageous to the industry if it is discussed and not run from.
