View Full Version : Is the UAMCC a non-profit organization?

While there are some i's to be dotted and t's crossed, the UAMCC will be secured as a 501C-6 non-profit tax status. We have been working with a firm that specializes in setting up non-profit organizations.

The Articles of Incorporation have been reviewed by the Foundation Group and are being submitted to the Secretary of State.

A EIN # has been assigned by the IRS to the UAMCC.
