Go to your local pool supplier and set up an account with them. They usually carry liquid chlorine12%.

I actually get the 12.5% from my friend who owns a big dairy farm. He gets them in 55s for sterilezation use for his milk equipment. I usually get 2 or 3 a season and then I wash something for him. Great barter system, plus he tells a ton of people about me.

If you know a farmer, ask him about it, or try maybe he can tell you his supplier. I have found the pool supply stores to be a little pricey and noone else carries 12.5% around me
