We have been working on landing this condo association for 7 months and finally got the emailing confirming we got the job, and at full asking price. Its all of the tile roofs in the picture.

Indeed a money maker! We bid on the exterior washing and the roof but they awarded the exterior cleaning to the painting company.

They originally awarded the roof to the painting company also, but I guess they couldnt do it for the price they quoted once they started (half of what we charged).

Not a bad start to the season!

I cant wait to say "Check out this condo deal we landed due to a lead the UAMCC gave us!!"

It is a goody, but nope, not even close to a schedule changer. This is just a little bonus. :yes: The schedule changers ar still pending.
