The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA International), founded in 1907, is a professional organization for commercial real estate professionals based in the United States and Canada. The UAMCC will be representing their members and the industry through a program called Smart Buyer. Smart Buyer is a list of 15 questions a “Smart Buyer” should ask his cleaning contractor.
